Blood test

Hello, I was informed that I'll be taking a blood test sometime in the next few months. I am worried they (Doctor, guardians) will test for drugs and not tell me since I'm underage and I obviously don't want that. I am currently using opiates, Xanax, LSD, shrooms, alcohol, meth and weed. I was told this test is for needed since I am taking a few medications for certain neuropsychiatry disorders. I don't want to quit everything since my life is quite dull atm. Thanks.
