Misc Blood test will these show up?

So I've got a blood test before I get a script for my adhd, and my doctor asked me if I was taking any drugs, or other types of pills on a daily basis. Worried It would reduce my chances of getting diagnosed I said no.
I haven't done any serious drugs for about a year, I do however take phenibut at least once a week, and aniracetam a couple of times a week.
Will the blood test be to check if I'm taking other drugs? Will these show up on the test?
 
we don't allow drug testing questions here.

(as an aside, neither phenibut nor aniracetam are controlled substances nor prescription only medications, so you should have no problems telling your doctor you take them. but otherwise they shouldn't show up on a blood test unless they are specifically looking for them, or doing a toxicology screen - i.e. autopsy)

it is probably best to let your doctor know, he just wants to avoid any unpleasant drug interactions.
