Blindness and hallucinagens

this has probably been discussed before, but i cant find a previous thread about it. If you can find it, please link it here!

but what would a blind person experience if they were administered a hallucinagen like LSD or something?

I think its plausible they'd see some sorta visions if they were blinded sometime in thier lifetime, but what if they were born blind?
