Blaine Guards Find 84 Pounds Of Ecstasy Pills

Customs and Border Protection officers at Blaine noticed the rear seat of a car had been tampered with.

BLAINE, Wash. —
Customs and Border Protection officers at Blaine noticed the rear seat of a car had been tampered with.

That led them to discover 60 packages of ecstasy pills weighing 84 pounds hidden in the gas tank.

The Bellingham Herald reports they arrested a 30-year-old Vancouver, British Columbia, woman, Nguyen Loan Trinh, on Saturday. She had said she was on her way to visit a sick aunt in Seattle.
