I rolled last night and was having trouble urinating like usual but today its only gotten worse. I feel like my bladder is filled up and i cant pee it out. It kinda feels like i got hit in the go nads hard.

Anyone know what this is about?

"Ghost pee" is a common issue while on MDMA, but typically resolves itself as you're coming down. Did you have the problem last night?

If you have been consuming water, but have not been able to urinate though your stomach is full, you should see a doctor. Have you been consuming a reasonable amount of sodium today?

I get the ghost pee's on higher doses of psychedelics. It's a really uncomfortable feeling, I find that if I just drink a bunch of water, eventually it kinda just forces itself out.

I find taking a shower helps me pee when i can't pee from MDMA (if you actually have to pee). When the water hits you, it comes right out (most of the time..).

Yeah i had it last night, i almost always do when im rolling but its never lasted into the next day and i was feeling some pain so i just wanted to make sure it wasnt anything serious.. I drank alot of water and im back to normal now.

Don't ever fucking take benedril or however u spell it before or after you roll because you will have no problems urinating the problem I had was it hits ll at once lol and you swill find urself running too the mend room

Yeah it is fairly common. Glad it resolved itself.
Another thing is to have the tap running while you're trying to go.
Also to just relax when you're in there. Don't worry about the time or anything. Just relax

I actually enjoy the initial onset of ghost pee. It lets me know that my e is real. Usually though after I am finished with my roll I am able to pee, but then I have to pee like every 30 min for a few hours.
