Heroin Blacked out missed a lot

The title says it all today I started just popping benzos (klonopin valium) and some ambien because well im going through a rough time in my life. I remember shooting a lot of crack coke and heroin but not much else as I come back to reality (still so high) I can see and feel several missed shots some are 1 is a but yellowish and another is a small black spot (looks like a bruise and may be) but aside from those I can feel about 4-5 other misses my arms are sore and my veins are receded to hell (may account for some of the misses) but my question and concern is what can I do to make these go away/feel better. I tried alternating hot and cold compresses which worked to a degree (an I got a bit of a buzz as well) but is there anything I can take or put on my skin or shoot to strengthen up or heal my veins? Im sorry for the spelling mistakes and poor sentence structure and if this is the wrong place to post this please feel free to do as you please mods. Any advice would be welcome thank you BL community youre always helpful I just hope I havent fucked my arms from one night of ridiculous iv drug use. Tomorrow my friend is giving me some subs so I can quit so repeating this mistake is no going to happen I just african americaned out and came to with these clear misses in my arms...

triple antibiotic ointment (neosporin) is a must.. and if you have it, some vitamin E oil and tea tree oil always used to help me heal fairly quickly in combo with heat a few times a day. but for the first 24 hours after a miss, it is best to use ice to stop the bruising and then use heat to get the bruise to disappear after that first day.. but since you already used both i don't think it will make much of a difference now.

^^^make sure you dilute the tea tree oil. That shit can burn like crazy. The instructions are on the bottle but I thought I'd mention it cuz the first time I did it, it burned like crazy.

Vitamin E oil works really well for removing the physical things

I didnt try the oil but with some neosporin + fresh air and vitamin e also giving my arms a break and not using them for that for a while. Thanks all!

Massage the spots everytime you think about it. otherwise alternate hot cold compress even ice if swelling becomes an issue.

/\ thats pretty much all you can do, rub the knots hard as hell when you're in the shower when the hot water has been running over them for a few minutes, thats one of you're best shots at breaking them down. also you can tie a bandanna or a belt tight as hell around some of the spots and leave it there until you're limb is about to go numb i've found that helps break them down as well. you want to pay special attention to the spots that crack was injected because those spots will be the first to get infected if you do get an infection. if that happens no more home remedies you need to go to a hospital at that point or you run the serious risk of losing the limb among many other health problems
