Heroin Black Tar vs 80mg OC

I've smoked black tar twice. The first time i smoked a .8 ball with my gf and the second time i smoked a .1 ball with my gf.

I was really lookin forward to trying heroin cause it sounds like it'd be super dope if ur into opiates and shit. Well both times i didnt really get any euphoria and i got more tired than high but i wasnt sober. But from my experiences with h, an 80mg oc smoked off foil would get me way higher than a .4 of tar smoked. Does anyone agree with me and i hope someone is able to prove me wrong cause i really want to like heroin. Or was my heroin really that shitty.
 
^plugging effects take a lot more than 30seconds. smoking is the quickest ROA to take effect.

it sounds like you had very low quality tar if it took .4g to equal an 80mg oxy smoked from foil. which by the way isn't the most effect nor healthy way of ingesting oxy. stick to oral, snorting or plugging.
