We're having a discusion about bk versions of the 2cs at www.bluelight.ru/vb/threads/697846-bk-2c-x and while we mostly agree that -i and -c should be active since they are similar to bk-2c-b. We're not sure about -d -e and -p. Does anyone here have any thoughts about that? What about nbome/nboh/.. versions of these compounds? I know that predicting these things isn't easy without actually trying, but any thoughts are welcome. Thanks!

Well, chances are pretty good that they will be active at some dose. βk-2C-B proves that the β-keto doesn't interfere with the binding required for 2,5-Dimethoxy-PEAs to achieve psychedelic activity. My guess would be active with a similar drop in potency to that seen with βk-2C-B (due to decreased BBB penetration caused by the β-keto group making the molecule more polar) as far as the β-keto versions of 2C-C, and -I, but the stability issues present with βk-2C-B would be there as well. As far as the N-Benzyl variants, they would certainly be more stable, being secondary amines, but the binding of the N-Benzyl-PEAs is sufficiently different to classic PEAs that its impossible to predictt the activity without trying them out. Hope that helps!

Thanks, for the reply, I've asked a few vendors and supposedly the -i, -c and -e versions are going to arrive eventually. But I'm not sure if they already tested them and found them active or if they are just planning to do it and sell them if they are.
