Bipolar psychotic dominant

My advice would be to take a decent amount of time (perhaps a month) and avoid all drugs, alcohol, people, coffee, etc etc. And just try to find something that can calm your mind. I don't believe that there is such thing as a person lost so far within their own mind that they are hopeless. You just need the right inspiration to take control. It is more than possible for you to make a full recovery, and heal. As long as you want to get better, you will find a way to do so.

Haha... damn, yes, you are so right. Quiting the drugs will be the fastest way to feel a little bit better and besides is preventable. Like you said, I probably need to find motivation in laying them off. But its just so darn hard when it seems so easily preventable.
