Bipolar and anxiety

I'm not good at this type of stuff. But here goes. I suffer from bipolar and anxiety. 2 yrs ago Jan I lost my mom, 1 yr ago march I lost my pops. I'm 34 yrs old have 2 kids. And am married. The doctor has me on the same meds after I told her I was feeling suicidal. Although I did mention I wouldn't follow through with it. Next she gave me another med to help me quit smoking. I feel like im in a fog, im really hot and my anxietys high. She gave me some xanax when i go to see Dr but j have anxiety all the time. And when i take a bath i feel like drowning myself. I am scared that someday I may do jt. As my situation progresses.

I feel your pain anxiety sucks, some day's it feels like someone has my balls in a vicegrips.

You should consult another psychiatrist as soon as possible. Meds shouldn't give you more anxiety. Please, seek someone that could help you, depression is not a topic that should be neglected.
