I know the BA for oral, nasal and IV...but cant find any on other admin routes, anywhere.
Hey I was just wondering if any one know the BA of oxymorphone when used sublingually? Also if any one has info on it when used buccally (between cheek and gum) that would be greatly appreciated. Ive had a script for years and have usually just used it nasally due to the high BA, but recently they have started producing new generic pills (Roxanne 5mg IR OMs) and they seem to irritate the hell out of my nose unlike all the Endo and Opana brands do. Im guessing it could be the Microcrystallized Cellulose? but im not sure...that's just the only different ingredient. I think the lactose in the Endo type really cut down on burning and congestion...and tasted sweet!
I just worry that years of railing these is gonna add up and screw me over (knock on wood, ive noticed nothing too bad yet). Im slightly concerned that all the MCC, Magnesium Stearate and Corn starch is soaking into my arteries or something lol (is that possible?) So far OM IR seems to be pretty darn benign on the nasal passages. It doesnt seem to eat away or cause bloody noses like coke, amphetamines or other pills sometimes do. However Ive noticed some tiny blood specs and yellowish little clumpy crap in my snot with these new Roxanne generics.

they even look the same, blue and break easy. rite aid carries the endo generic but places like cvs will have to order them for you because they stock roxannes. Hope this helps!
