Mental Health Binging for 8-9 days, with unconscious suicide attempts?

I am at the end of a binge which involved LSD 2cb MDMA caffeine (I use caffeine recreationally in copious amounts) mxe cocaine and lots and lots of alcohol and diazpam (weed and hash of course). Yesterday (maybe) under the influence of 2c md diaz and alcohol i put a shopping bag over my head for autoerotic asphyxiation and half way through masturbating decided to sleep with it on. t seems there was a holeof some knd as i am alive, now i am on alcohol diazepam and codeine which came with a g and half of paracetamol. knowng that maxmum s a g i dd it anyway andthe urge to put a shopping bag returns. I have had a nervous breakdown recently which is why i have binged. I would like to know of all ths respiratory depresson or the paracetamol od will kill me n which case i'll fnsh off the diaz and write a note because fuck work tomorrow and fuck studying.
