Conspiracies Bill Gates Denies Coronavirus Vaccine is 5G Mind Control Chip

Yeah as I mentioned I did it with new agey spiritual Atlantis/ancient aliens/etc stuff, I get it.

It's tempting to believe that without some shadowy evil power, we'd be great, rather than the reason for the state of things being simple human nature and greed, perpetrated by countless individuals for their own purposes.

Honestly what really goes on in the world is more crazy than any conspiscary theory. US government labs tried to request funding to create a weapon to turn the enemy gay in 1994 so who ever is working in these places are more fucking nuts than the average conspiracy theorist.

Hell i was fully on aboard with the human race been created by the annunaki and that we were at war with interdimensional reptilians who created jesus with genetic engineering to enslave the world at one point via religion. Stimulant abuse will take you down the crazy hole quite fast.

I think they're still a minority. It's just the internet has emboldened them and made them feel like they aren't alone and have the benefit of many loud allies.

I believe that the much quieter majority is a lot more sensible.

What's alarming is that while the quiet majority is much more sensible. It's not an overwhelming majority. It strikes me as only a moderate majority. 70-80%. Which still leaves an enormous number of people inclined to believe conspiracy theories and insist on whatever they want to believe.

No need for 5G. Millions of doses at 20$ per dose is great for the bottom line!

Yep, I do. It's because of the Internet/social media. Used to be that you had to find other people in real life to share those views with, or else you probably felt alone in them, or relatively alone. And there was no means by which to push these ideas on the entirety of humanity. But now, all of the people who think those things were able to get together and feel like that meant they were in the majority, or at least a large minority. And then they were able to sell their ideas to a broad swath of people who are scared and bewildered, as an explanation for why things are the way they are, which has led to a lot more people buying into these ideas.

The Internet is a beautiful and amazing thing that has fundamentally changed the way we live our lives, but it is used for both good and bad purposes. The aggressive propaganda campaign in the conspiracy theory industry (and it is an industry, those Youtubers/personalities generating the content, like Alex Jones, make a ton of money from that stuff). And the current US president is now benefitting from it as well
It's one of the reasons I cut off Facebook years ago. It has became the perfect disinformation dissemination tool for our enemies as well. They have found a direct line into the minds of our gullible population and they are using it to artifuly turn us against each other by sowing seeds of confusion, discord and distrust in our media and valued institutions.

I've always hated social media. I tried Facebook for a couple weeks after years of resistance and quickly came to the conclusion that I was completely correct to have refused to use it. I close my account and haven't used it since.

I've never used Twitter at all.

Putting aside the disinformation, the whole thing seems toxic. And even at its best, it seems boring. Why would I ever wanna see pictures of someone's dinner for instance?

I just don't get it.
I dunno, seems like something made for extroverts. :P

You only need one paper if it's accurate. When you look at the politics behind this then you can easily see why that paper would be 'disputed'.
It's easy to dismiss science when it doesn't fit one's preconceived notions.

Im aware of the paralysis that was caused with the polio vaccine, not enough to go into what went wrong but there really is no seething malice there, it was bad science, hurried science done with good intentions but bad practice.

Gates is not an immunisation expert and those that are are torn by production costs/guidelines vs demand.

I dated a guy born india that contraced polio, the vaccine wasn't available and he was an asshole so sucked in to him.

Vaccines should be pushed for and educated about by experts, not someone who has money and wants to market himself as a philanthropist..

Well to be fair to Bill Gates, I'm quite sure he knows he's not an expert and has instead gotten actual experts on board to work with his foundation.
