Right I've got a fucked up shoudler and arm after a bike injury.
A mate who has a very fucked up back has given me a 25mcg/h release patch.
Is this safe for me to use with no opiate tolerance?
I'm actually in alot of pain and discomfort at the moment.
Was gona get it straight on, but googling it people have mixed opinions with no tolerance....
The DHC hes given me too has done v little to be honest.
Any help would be appreciated
And would there be any nausea present? I hated opiate nausea when i used oxys once years ago.
Regards

Yea I think you should be fine. I've done larger amounts of fentanyl without any tolerance and was fine. Fentanyl is pretty dangerous though so u might want a second opinion just to be safe.

whats wrong with going to your doctor about it?
if it's a recent injury it might be a sign of an aggravating problem that may benefit from some serious medical help.
if not, you may get prescribed meds for the actual legitimate pain...

Do not self medicate - it's a legitimate injury, go to the doctors.

You may have caused damage that masking with strong pain killers could be made worse.

I've been dealing with the fallout of a motorcycle accident for the last 2 years and my GP has been really good at managing my pain relief. It has escalated over time partly driven by tolerance but mainly down to a deteriorating condition and increased pain.

As above I would strongly advise you against self medicating this kind of pain relief, this is genuine medication and such things should not get mixed up with illicit drug use. Why get involved in getting these drugs from an unreliable source with no fallback for proper medical advice when you could just start working with a GP to get the right medication for you.

I currently use Zoromorph capsules which I've found very effective, their slow release helps to minimise nausea but it can still be a problem.

Are you getting any medical treatment for the injuries ?
