I have found that the best way for me is to fast for a short time before the experience, and take the seeds head on. Eating them and digesting them in the plain way. I have tried several different methods, but meeting them in this way has always yielded the best effects. That and it seems more natrural to me in a way. I always have some smoking materials and dramamine on hand just in case though. : ) g- luck
 
Thanks for all the suggestions. I'll try it out one if these days and write back about it.

By the way, when you ingest woodrose seeds, do any of you have the problem of drinking a lot of liquid but then going to pee and almost no urine comes out?
 
Well, I grinded 8 high quality seeds (I've tripped on 4-5 of these before) to a pretty fine dust and applied it between my upper and lower gums and my lips. Before this, I had brushed my teeth and cheeks very well, and keeped Listerine for a long while unitl my gums hurt, etc. While keeping the seeds between my gums and lips some of them ended up below my tongue, where I kept them.

After about 25-30 minutes, I spit out the seeds and started waiting. About an hour later I was feeling no effects, so I went and had dinner. No nausea or anything.

So now 3 hours and a half have passed, and I have felt no effects from the seeds, no pupil dilation, etc. I find it very unlikely that anything will happen in the next hours, given that when I swallow the seeds by hour 3+ I definitely have dilated pupils and more. From what I've read, the onset of mouth absorption would be, if anything, quicker than swallowing.

So what could have gone wrong this time? (For the record, I have been taking piracetam, choline, and vinpocetine for several days, and from what I've read piracetam especially can in fact potentiate certain drugs such as lsd and ecstasy.)
 
i'm sorry but ahahahaahaaaha! what's crazy is that i clicked on this post and was inexplicably curious because of exactly what erox said just not nearly as negatively. i love this place, it's ludicrous in a beautiful way
 
I would!!...I don't see its a problem at all..many drugs can be absorbed in this manner and if it prevents the sickness/nausea then why not? Mixing with lemon juice would be a little "ouchy" as when taken orally or sublingually though!
I am seriously considering this method as I havnt had much luck with the other two..will let ya know!!
 
I've done morning glory twice, but never HBWR. I'm getting 10 HBWR's soon, I'll try 5 orally, and if I want a more intense trip ill do the other 5 plugged. I'll write up a report on comparison and put it here and in trip reports. And yes, theres nothing wrong with plugging - its not too uncomfortable, theres usually less nausea, and its more economical since you generally need less. If you watch porn, youd be amazed at what what some people get up there. I'm not worried about a few seeds.

So are you saying because I don't want to shove stuff up my ass, I shouldn't do psychadelics? I have no self-acceptance issues because I find assholes gross.
 
You find your own asshole too gross to even go near it for administering a drug, and then wash your hands?

As for the question on how to administer an extract rectally - if it is liquid, then simply put it in a (needle-less) syringe and and then inject it rectally. if It is a dry powder, then you can put it in gelcaps and take them as supposetories.

I do not recommend taking the seeds as whole since that might cause them not to be absorbed.
 
I think all these people that are against plugging have some very serious repressed homosexual fears.
 
I dont know why ive never thought of it before (considering im a nurse!!!!) I have tried HBWS twice orally and the nausea is pretty unbearable for me as it is on most entheogens. I think a paste consistency would work best if administered rectally...and would be most effective with an empty lower bowel.
Regular drugs administered this way are absorbed very fast....Sure would be interested in your trip report Real_illusion.

How should I do it? Grind up the HB's and put them in pill capsules? How many do you think 5 seeds would fill?
 
You could try to extract the LSA using water then inject the water using a syringe without the needle.

I've done HBW seeds many many times, but I've never tried to administer them in this form. Perhaps grinding them up to a powder then capsuling them would work. I believe 5 crushed up seeds could easily fit into a capsule.

Actually, yes. There is something that just isn't too appealing about shoving something up my ass. If it works fine snorted or eaten, I would much rather take that route.
 
lol this is getting funny, putting seeds up ur ass, def worth a try. but actually if u think of it, its the same as putting a roll up your ass, only diff is that its pure organic material
 
How would it prevent nausea? If the LSA can be absorbed through the intestines, why couldn't the things that make you sick?

Maybe evaporating Herme's extraction for the most part and plugging it for quicker absorption..
 
Ok, your asshole is not going to extract chemicals out of plant matter. What the fuck are you thinking? If you had a pure chemical there thats another story.

This shit seems to be spreading from all the poor e-tards who want to save money on pills. Just eat the fucking seeds.
 
^^^ Nope.

For the billionth time, "plugging" was not invented by Ecstasy users. It is a very old (ancient) medical AND shamanic practice. And yes, the purpose of the intestines is absorbing stuff out of food. It is not your asshole that does the absorbing... when you take a drug rectally it actually goes up and back to your intestines as unabsorbed matter.

You know I think I will write a FAQ or something on rectal administration of psychedelics, because people seem so under-informed about it.
