Best: AMT and LSD — fuzzy, blurry, melty, gorgeous. LSD four hours after AMT so that the delayed psychedelia of the latter synergises as much as possible with the acid. It also works brilliantly dropping the two at once, in which case the acid rides on a serotonergic wave and then the AMT visuals take over once the acid is waning.

Worst: Weed and mushrooms or LSD. Mushrooms after a long night of drinking. I do love some beers or wine on a 4-sub tryptamine or LSD comedown though.

Would like to try: mescaline and LSD.

Opiates + Nicotine

Fuck yeah. Nothing like smoking a cig while the opioid kicks in. A junkie friend of mine used to say that her idea of Heaven was an IV drip of heroin and a 3ft-long cigarette.

Worst for me were the combos we've all been warned about:
Alcohol + benzodiazepines
and
Alcohol + barbiturates

On the former I've wrecked cars that I don't remember driving.
On the latter I've awakened in ICU on a ventilator having lost a couple days in a coma-- twice. And there was very little alcohol involved, plus my tolerance was high.
Barbs are not to be fucked around with.

Worst combos I've done are alcohol+benzo and weed+LSD.

One time when I was 18 or 19 I decided to just drink some straight liquor after having some benzos prior, dont remember which ones. I was leaving to go home and suddenly the rest of the night is black. I was apparently brought home by cops after neighbors called them as I was trying to go into my house but I kept trying to open other people's doors.

One of my first really bad trips were due to smoking weed. Hard to put into words of how the experience was but it certainly was not a good time.

Have you ever mixed LSD and mushrooms? I can take either of the two in pretty extraordinary amounts and have a great time, but if I mix even minute amounts of the two with one another I'll end up experiencing what I call "running out of RAM", where my short term memory gets so small I can't even form meaningful thoughts for hours so I just end up stuck in my body waiting to be able to think again.

I don’t think I’ve had any bad drug combos, but best are definitely:

MDMA + ketamine/nitrous
LSD + ketamine/nitrous

In general though I don’t like combining drugs for recreational use. I can’t imagine combining MDMA and LSD for example let alone LSD and shrooms. That sounds way too intense for me.

So some people say, but I’m sure I would feel overstimulated and overwhelmed. Plus, I don’t know about the safety profile… and I don’t have an urge to do it anyway. I’ve already lost the magic in terms of MDMA too.

Sadly don’t find crack + h anything special. Maybe it needs to be IV but I’m not willing to do that. I’ve IVed pure cocaine before and it was worth doing a couple times, but I’m not doing it again. And I don’t like downers.
