Best way to whiten your teeth?

Do you smoke? Drink coffee/iced tea?

Sorry for the late response, but yes I drink iced tea on a regular basis.
Lipton green tea... 16oz everyday in the morning.

I used Opalescence (same stuff as ruski) and it worked very well. It cost around $200 (I think a bit less actually) and the results were very good and lasted a long time. Unfortunately, I had to get braces for a second time, and all the time and money I spend whitening went down the shitter... I think I'm going to try in-office whitening next time around because it's much faster and easier. The oneb bad thing I will say about Opalescence is that it's a mild pain in the ass - just another thing you have to add on to the bedtime routine that makes it take longer to get to bed.

i just use a whitening toothpaste. atm im using colgate whitening with peroxide and baking soda...which seems to be working. also listerine have a whitening pre-brush mouth rinse which works well to.
