best way to take numerous pills? and more PLEASE READ.

This is my 1st post and I have been using this website for about 3 months and many other ones but im having some issues. I have been taking tramadol (mostly), vicodin, and percocet For awhile now for pain with surgeries and whatnot but now ALL 3 are having no effect on me and have been taking the max amount of dosage per 24 Hrs but no luck. They used to work great but now im in pain all the time and euphoria-less. I would much rather search and find the answer than wait for a response but I can't find one. My question: what is the best way to take either or all of these pills to be the most effective? Im down to try it if it works besides plugging (no effect) and shooting. SORRY ITS LONG. thank you
p.s. maybe the whole problem is tolerance?

That screws me over then cuz of the amount of pain im in. I went from good to nothing in a matter of days

talk to your doc about it if you're really in pain and have a script.

also look into a cold water extraction.

You can't really shoot any of the pills you mentioned, also a cold water extraction is not really helpful, all you'll be doing is taking the same amount of pills, minus the dangerous stuff...

The only thing you can do is talk to your doc, and get on something more potent...

I would suggest methadone. Alot of chronic pain patients get it, my dad had a hip surgery and a few other surgeries and he was given 240 10mg methadone and 300 5mg oxy (may of been perc not sure). The oxy was for breakthrough pain and the methadone didnt really needed to be messed with much once he found a comfortable dose (around 80-90 mg a day).

The benefit to this was he always had left over oxy. Yum.
