Opioids Best way to take Lortab? (Chewing Vs. Swallowing?)

I get 120 (7.5/500) Lortabs a month. I have about 3 left until tomorrow. I was wondering what would be the best way to take Hydrocodone? Chewing or Swallowing? 30-37.5mg usually gets me high but I only have 22.5mg of hydrocodone. I'm on an empty stomach so that's a plus i know. I took a 1mg xanax about an hour ago because that usually intensifies the effects. (I know that mixing Opiods and Benzos is not good but I dont over take my xanax. I get 120 1mg xanax) I know chewing the lortab will taste bad because of the Tylenol but idc. If anybody has any other suggestions on how to take Lortab to get a better high Please let me know. Chewing vs Swallowing? Or any other ways.
