Butane is NOT Butane. There are pure types and not so pure types. You go out and buy some Ronson and you'll have some nasty oil. You need triple refined or better like Colibri or King or Newport even.

I've been making BHO for years. I learned the best way to do it from Phife, Hashmasta-Kut and Nards of Dank on Overgrow when it was still around.

Good oil will be like a hard amber glass that shatters if you hit it, but instantly turns to liquid once you heat it.

What did you use for a tube if you didn't use stainless steel or glass? plastic will leech things into the oil if you used a plastic plumbing pipe for example.
