Best way to get buzz on Dilaudid

Hi all!

I'm a brand new member here but I do know it has been asked previously countless timesyet I do need some help here from members now.
So I'm on Hydro a long time ago months and I mostly use rectal in order to get it and to take away the pain which tortures me (Trigeminal Neuralgia) but I really got used to it and now gave to get help from other painkillers such as perco or vico.. I even had Fentanyl. All in all Hydro is the best solution for me for the pain and my top favorite buzz as well. I know about the test results and all that stuff but I can safely say those are bullsh.t and I even assume it made by doctors so we not going to use it other way but whatever right now I would like to get some help becuse the pain is terrible and I'm not going to deny it that I really like the high too.
Please don't say IV a lot of friend of mine has been died because of it in my country it's very popular and even my sibling almost did but they could just bought him back to life.

Any ideas? Anything would be great..

Crush it up and snort it. Snorting it will create some kind of "rush" little or big depending on tolerance but the high wont last as long as if you were to take it orally tho, the high will last longer you just don't get a rush like every opiate user loves
