Hi guys,

I'm not a frequent user at all.. I haven't touched PST in 10 months but idk why the fuck I decided to try it again just cause I had a weekend off and decided to do something stupid.... Anyway, I'm having some horrible nausea.. I threw up once already and now I'm getting close to throwing up again... I had had trouble with PST about a year ago, idk how I could like it since I've hated it this time.. Maybe I used too much I don't care... I don't plan on doing it again

So what can I do to reduce this nausea a bit? I'm nodding off all the time as I try to watch a movie or something, I drank it like 3-4 hours ago... Any ideas? I drank some alka-seltzer like 2 hours ago but I still threw up

Is there any way to make the drug leave my system faster?? Like any ways to sober up quicker?? I'm so mad at myself for having done this, I didn't even fully enjoy the high like I had in the past...

Thanks

Don't watch movies, just lay to your bed and try to enjoy the high... Keeping your mind busy is gonna make the nausea worst, I feel.

A low dose of promethazine, like 10 or 20mg's not much or you'll get slurry.. It is prescribed for nausea every day all day, my pregnant wife just got a script the other day from her OBGYN for it lol. I'll pop one when I take oxy's incase I get nausea all the time man

Meclizine! It's OTC in the US and sold as Dramamine II (regular Dramamine is dimenhydrinate) or Bonine, along with their generic counterparts.

It comes in 25mg tablets and even half of one does a lot to help. Just be careful, meclizine potentiates opiates pretty significantly, not as much as promethazine or hydroxyzine, but it and orphenadrine are commonly used with opioids for this purpose as well as an anti-emetic.

The best antihistamine (like benadryl and other stuff people have suggested) to take alongside opiates is hydroxyzine IMO/E; it eliminates nausea as well as any itches you might get from the opiate you're taking. It is also one of the best opiate potentiators out there. Definitely been called the best antihistamine to take with your opiate by a great many folks, including myself.

Hydroxyzine is indeed great, IF you can get it... Orphenadrine ain't bad at all ime, not super strong against nausea but still decent, does kill the itch, and does nicely boost the initial fun of an opiate intoxication. Mirtazapine is VERY efficient against the itch and the puke, but won't augment the euphoria.

Also, keep in mind that PST is a surprisingly powerful opioid preparation. If you're taking enough to feel nauseous after not using it for 10 months, you're probably taking too much and getting too opiated for your tolerance. PST does cause more nausea than isolated opiates relative to its strength, but you still need to be careful as that's still a symptom of getting too high on opiates for your tolerance. Please be careful with the PST.
