Well, it depends what style of music i am in the mood for.

Rock: Hooker w/ a Penis by Tool
Classic Rock: Goodbye Blue Skies.. going into the following song Empty Spaces by Pink Floyd
Metal: Swallow by Korn
Death Metal: I Will Kill You by Cannibal Corpse
Industrial: Asphole by Pigface
EBM: Void Malign by Grendel
Darkwave: Clown by Switchblade Symphony
Funk/Psychedelic: Greet the Sacred Cow by Primus

Im listening to Pigface's Asphole ATM. And yes, I am smoking ATM as well.
 
I don't think theres one song thats the best to listen to, and yeah it all depends on the mood but two favourites would be 'So High' by Twiztid and 'Wiid' by mc chris

Anything by Cypress Hill is good, but I think their best album is Temples of Boom..without a doubt they were stoned when they wrote the whole thing
