Best regimen to reverse hangover/brain damage?

http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/threads/407429-Mega-Harm-protection-supplements?s=

I find pre-loading with piracetam to not only potentiate MDMA's "fun" effects, but also minimize the come down and leave me more clear-headed. For some, piracetam is an absolute miracle- for me, it provides mild benefits and restores some of the enjoyable aspects of MDMA that were more pronounced when I was new to MDMA.

5-HTP after MDMA will greatly help you as a way to restore depleted serotonin. I find this cures most of the post-MDMA depression.

The same foods that are beneficial to staying young, fighting cancer, and keeping you healthy are also great for recovery- lean sources of protein and Omega 3's (wild caught fish, turkey, eggs) and veggies and fruits high in antioxidants such as spinach, blueberries, broccoli, plums etc. Red beans, lentils, and quinoa are also great.

Ultimately, the best tool in assuring you recover as well as your body will allow is time. There is no magic combination of vitamins, sleep, or nutrients that will ever equate to what actual time off can do. So long as you follow the rules of spacing, stick to reagent tested MDMA, and keep your doses reasonable per session, I find that the comedown is 0 to manageable.

Another good way is to prevent the brain damage from ever occurring

I'm no expert, but I find that eating foods containing the vitamins I'm looking for before/after a roll help much more than by taking supplements. The only exception to this is 5-htp, which (as far as I know?) is only found in minuscule amounts. A diet rich in fish, spicy peppers (MUCH more vitamin C than in citrus fruits), and hydration the week before and after a roll always keeps me rolling hard, and gives me no lasting depression.
