Best over-the-counter drugs

There are a bunch of threads in the past that dealed with this. I don't think we need anymore. You could probably get a pretty good buzz by huffing paint. Sure its your brain cells dying from lack of oxygen, but your probably a desperate 15 yearold and thats all you can get your hands on.
