What is the best maoi that i can get without a prescription that i can take regularly. Im using this for mainly anxiety and panic attacks.

I bet MAOI is the one medication that can cure me, after failed over a dozen other treatments, no doctor will prescribe me a maoi.

While this is generally true and MAOI users should be cautious, I've heard that the original warnings (from decades ago) may overstate the dangers, and since there is little continued R&D going into these drugs (other than Emsam), the literature has not been updated. Some MAOIs are safer than others. If interested in MAOIs, look for updated information and clinical research.

Yeah I used to use it as an MAOI for intensifying tryptamines.

Thank you. And yes i've decided not to use any medication and just stick with therapy/exposure.
