Placed on Xanax for panic , now prescription doesn?t hold panic down. RX will run out before due date

See your or a psychiatrist to adjust medications - they can be very understanding about Painc Attacks.. I was on a combo of buspar, Xanax, and klonipin for PD and GAD, and that helped at the time when it was very bad.

edit: I also take hydroxizine when the Xanax isn’t enough, though if you’re on other medications best see a professional to determine if it’s safe for you

definitely speak with your doctor about adjusting your medication, that the xanax isnt effective. SSRIs are used in treating anxiety disorders, so you can ask about giving those a try, and start learning meditation and other relaxation methods to help better manage. medications are only one tool available to you and your doctor.
