Oxy would probably be a good choice here, maybe DHC or tramadol even. If you had a low to moderate dose of benzos with some coffee that might do it for you. I think moderate doses of most painkillers would probably give you what you are after.

Hydrocodone. It always makes me 'Up'. However, I have noticed the last year that I need to take a bit more than 'normal' to feel really 'happy/UP'.
Am perscribed both vicoden and xanax.
Recently doc also have me some demerol---did not like that.
Tried oxy and that really had no noticable effect. Perhaps I didn't take enough or something.

Ah! The connoisseurs choice. Maybe not euphoric in the vacantly vacuous way that something like meph is but far more rewarding, in my opinion. Meph can be serenely euphoric in combo with a few of the psyches but it can't stand it on it's own for me. Feels like taking shitty coke after recently having a lobotomy. Always amazes me that even four or five days and an oz of meph in they're still droning on and on and on (and on and on) about how incredibly fucked they are, how incredibly fuckin' great they're feeling, and how meph is like perfection only better and with a cherry on top and chocolate sprinkles. And also watching every line like a hawk in case someone has a slightly bigger line than you got - followed by fiending and Carper Patrol that's as bad as any crackhead I've known. It's pretty spectacular - almost unbeatable... but if you were to do the same only whilst already on AMT and a few hours later reach for the 2C-B it gets a lot better. Shouldn't be possible to feel that unbelievably good for anywhere near that long. Was still going strong at the 24 hour point. Surely as euphoric as it gets but it's a combo and I believe that the OP isn't a big fan of psyches so didn't mention them. They are capable of euphoria way beyond other drugs, in my experience, but it's not always guaranteed and not to all tastes.

Just summed up my most recent binge. I really can't get enough of the rush it gives when smoked. Combining with 5-meo-dalt (smoked at the same time) was also pretty "interesting"...
