I'm sure it works. You not worried by the paracetamol and alcohol combo raising liver enzymes?For alcohol hanovers, like headaches, it’s paracetamol and coffeine. Can get rid of any headache with these two. And I had headaches from some drugs by now. Alk, tobacco, tryptamines/dissociatives taken simultaneously, bdo but these were light.

Hydration is important but hangovers are caused by inflammation caused from alcohol leaching omega 3 fatty acids from your brain sheath.
You need a good dose though, around 6-9 grams of 180mg epa/120mg dha.
