Misc Best combination for pain/mild high?

Hey there, I have suffered from many health issues over the years and currently dealing with some insane rib pain, but of course no doctor will prescribe anything besides Tylenol. I have a slew of other medications from prior issues/treatments but not sure if any combination would help. I also wouldn’t mind a bit of a high again, as I’ve been bedridden and driving myself crazy for the past few months. I’m not on my deathbed or anything and assume all responsibility for trying anything of course, just no idea where to start with all this mess.

-At my disposal-
From my adventures in anxiety/insomnia treatments:
Clonazepam
Xaxax
Clonidine
Buspar
Lunesta
Ambien
Olanzapine
Zyrprexa

Random muscle relaxers that don’t seem to do anything:
Baclofen
tizanidine
Flexeril

nausea meds: phenergen/promethazine, zofran
Benedryl
And a few gabapentins

alcohol

weed... but I don’t tolerate weed well of all things, makes me too anxious

Sorry but I don't see how any of those drugs can help you with pain.

Thanks for the reply and honesty. What about for a bit of a buzz then? Hoping to get my mind off of it or in a better state for a little bit sometimes.

Xanax or Clonazepam. I don't find benzos very recreational personally but it's the best you have.
I've heard really crazy stories about Ambien.

Gabapentin can be used for certain types of pain. Worth a look.

True. Pregabalin (in combination with tramadol) was the only thing that took away the pain of my herniated lower back (l5 s1).
