Misc Best anti psychotic for Prolonged QT

Really getting desp for something to calm me down, Don't want to make heart any worse. I have olanzapine, Halperidol, Seroquel. Need it fast. so anxious. KW

I know im late on answering but for a once in while use id take 5-10mg olanzapine (Zyprexa)
Maybe even the seroquel but was never a fan of that.
Was on between 20-30mg olanzapine/night for 7ish years with haloperidol 1mg and 5mg if i needed something extra on top.

BY FAR IMO/IME the best antpsychotic if you dont mind typicals like the haloperidol is Prolixin (fluphenazeine) if you see a psych as about perphenazine (medium potency antipsych but despite being an old typical it's expensive.. then see if your psych will let you switch to high potency typicals.. fluphenazine (Prolixin) was a blessing when I was on it.
I also like haloperidol but i have heard of newer studies of it actually making your brain cells die quicker and causing the problem which it was being used to treat worse YMMV of course.
