I'm already on mirtazapine and for SNRI further 'enhancement' I Use/abuse Tramadol.[alot]

I Use rit for dopamine.

Mirtazapine at lower doses does not sedate at all.

I Use benzo's daily also.

Ritalin HL is 2 short, adderal is too dear here -in Bangkok.

I Might have to kick up the steroid tren and stim clenbuterol use though this will raise the the benzo just to chill me out.

Bane of my life........push trammy down ,benzos fly up and there tolerance increases dramtically faster than the tram.

Maybe add 200mg prozac and assume Serotonin syndrome is a myth . . . . lol . . . .

It's very possible you're simply using too many drugs.

I take that back, you're definitely using too many drugs.

And serotonin syndrome is not a myth.

Serotonin Syndrome is not a myth.......& as the above poster stated, you're using entirely too many drugs!

Time to taper down & Prozac will not give you an uplifting spark......at least not ime & everyone else I have talked to about it.

Also, you do not want to mix tramadol with any stimulants.......tramadol & a benzo is s good mix.

Mirtazepine and Benzo's such as Diazepam and Alprazolam have helped me so much. So much so in fact that it stopped me being in the same situation as you are in ~ that is taking way too many drugs.

I have mixed all of these with samples mine and even painkillers such as Dilaudid, and it's not smart nor safe to continue this at all I would demurely try to cut back man, SS is not a joke.

I agree with DocDRdoc , remeron in low doses works better than higher dosing IMHO. Benzo is a very personal thing if you can handle dispersing your pills as per RX and not per B. HI. when you want formula. Which I'll admit I can do everything but Benzo s now that I'm into sub but back in the day xanax was like a routine to reward or relax.
