Based on your other thread, this is something you should talk to your doctor about, not people on a drug forum about IMO. Your doctor is going to be the one who will control what drug he prescribes you no matter what we suggest.
IMO, you really should stay away from benzodiazepines (Lorazepam for one like you were talking about - not it as an E after the Z not an O, sorry your misspelling of it was really bothering me haha). They are addictive, with long term use (longer than 1-4 weeks) you will build a physical and mental dependence that will give you WDs if you suddenly stop, and don't actually fix your anxiety, making your anxiety actually worse once you stop taking them (benzos modulate a certain type of receptor in the brain, and with long term use will end up resulting in a change in the receptor responses because of it. This leads to an increase in anxiety when you aren't on benzos any more, among other things like trouble sleeping, etc.). If you really want to help your anxiety, go to a therapist. The best way to over come your anxiety is working through it. You'll be 100x better of with out drugs like benzodiazepines. Set a sleep schedule so you get a solid 8-9 hours every night while keeping your bodies clock that same, eat really healthy, exercise 4-6 times a week for at least 20-30 minutes, and see a therapist. If you do all of those with the tips the therapist gives you, you'll be able to over your anxiety.
