Benzos that are less habit forming

This thread has gone in a few different directions.

If you guys want to discuss personal experiences with benzos, that's fine in the BDD Social Thread but personal experiences don't equal clinical data.

Different benzos do different things to different people. Just because one benzo doesn't get you "buzzed" like another benzo doesn't mean its any "less addictive". Unless somebody can come up with an actual clinical study (links to abstracts or at least to PubMed IDs would be nice) - let's keep the personal anecdotes to ourselves (or in the social thread).

The truth of the matter is this: All benzos are addictive. All benzos are habit-forming.

PM me if you have any questions.

I did my research. Where's yours? Prove to me that lorazepam (or any benzo) is less habit forming.

That's right, you can't. All you can provide is your own personal experiences. As I've said before, the OP isn't you. The OP is going to have different reactions to different drugs than you are going to have. It doesn't get any more simple than that.

We're not here to recommend which drugs you should or shouldn't take, OP. I recommend speaking to your doctor and finding out which works best for you.

I'm closing this thread. We're not a drug recommendation service. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to PM me.
