benzos for sleeping

Thursday I'm planning on takng an E, but Im going to need to actually sleep that night.. I have 10 .25 mg xanax. How much of these should I take for sleep? Thanx!

After taking a stimulant such as MDMA, you're going to need at least 1mg. So take 4 of your pills and go from there.

Hell I'd need all 10 of those, 2.5mg really isn't that much after a stimulant.
