well..this is only like my 4th post...but here it goes...ive been taking diffent benzos for the last 2 years off and on..but for some reason i eat them like candy..and usually end up eating 20 to 30 valium a night..i guess thats just and addictive personality problem..but the thing is..no whenever i take benzos it tends to keep me awake..whether is xanax, valium, or klonopins...whenever i take them now im up all night...does anyone else get this effect from benzos?
 
Why do you take the benzos? Are you taking 20-30 valium a night or 20-30 MILLIGRAMS of valium? Big difference.
One final question and this is serious, are you manic depressive?
 
I find they, just as alcohol, have the parodoxical reaction of keeping you awake (seemingly by elevating your mood) however this disappears if you eat a bunch. They may make you feel good but eventually they *will* sedate your ass.
Ohh and of course you always eat more. Benzos and e both surpress your resistance to taking more, you aren't worried you will run out that the effects will be bad etc... all you know is you took some and want to feel this way more intensly.
In the long run they are less seductive. Unlike the sweet lady they play their hand to fast. You wake up (or groggily roll out of bed) after a benzo binge, or crash hard after a roll and you are much less likely to do them again. They make you feel shitty so you are less inclined to do them. But seductive lady h makes you feel good everytime, no crash, no blank nights and little bounce back anxiety. By the time the bad things hit it already has you
 
My guess is what he is suggesting is that the benzos (and almost any mood lifting drug) may put you in a maniac state.
 
If your manic...It will take a much higher dosage to calm you...Sometimes euphoria while your manic just makes you more energetic...
Don't worry over it too much...Different people react different to drugs...But a significant dose of valium, if you dont have tolerance issues should calm you pretty nicely not make you hyper.
 
benzo's such as Xanex and Valium make me feel euphoric but as it has been said, you will sedate your ass. I would imagine you are taking a large dose of valium and you are up all night you probably have some tollerence issues
