Does anyone know of any substitutes other then alcohol and benzos (also some GABA-free options if you know any) for anxiety. All I really know is Chamomile Tea and Valerian Root helps ease anxiety a little.
Passion fruit or its tea also works well, specially if you are not used to it.
I agree that exercises will definitely work, once you start you'll feel good.
Not that I am doing much myself but it worked for me.
