I'm really overreacting when I ask this but I feel like I honestly at this moment I feel with-drawn from benzos (alprazolam specifically)
It started last Friday, I haven't taken Xanax or anything like that in two weeks so I have no tolerance
I consumed two full bars, 4mg of Xanax which is crazy but I wanted to see if I could do it! And I was completely fine then I chugged two beers and a few shots of vodka and immediately passed out on my bed. I woke up fine!
THAT NEXT DAY, with my friends, I consumed 1 and 3/4ths bar, 3.5mg, a few drinks (5-6) and a small bowlpack. And I was fine I wasn't crazy I was just relaxed obviously because I built a tolerance from the night before.
Well now two days later, I have all the symptoms of benzo withdrawal and I wanna know if I actually have like a short term withdrawal that'll go away in a few days or I'm just hunger. Thank you!

If you have all the symptoms of severe benzo withdrawal I would see a doctor immediately. Using them twice then suddenly experiencing withdrawal weeks later doesn't add up. Withdrawal (ime) feels nothing like a hangover, so if that's the sort of sensation you feel then you're probably hungover. Drink some water and eat something.

Exactly what the mod said. i dont think benzo withdrawl is possible to occur from just using 2 days in a row if you have never been dependent before. youre probably just hungover and since you mixed with alcohol which is another Gaba antagonist you might experience some minor rebound anxiety but the other feelings are all in your head.

you would know if you were withdrawing. likely one almighty hangover which you're freaking out over.
it will pass, try to stop abusing benzos.
