Benzos benzo withdrawal?

I think the fluctuation will be to do with things like dietary intake / exercise etc.
It'd be worth looking up foods that will help with GABA production, take suppliments like Magnesium for RLS type symptoms and cramps.
Find sources of food with Glutamate in them, also possibly L-Glutamine:

Pregabalin (Lyrica) might be something to look into also, it's likely to help a great deal.
Oooh! Also, just thought that St. John's Wort might be rather useful (as long as you're not taking anything that interacts with it

i heard somewhere that ST John's Wort interacts with klonopin making it less effective or harder to absorb..so even if u dose a benzo you will not feel it as much so this will definitely help you stay away and i can personally say it has improved my mood after taking it for a week or so

Maybe he should quit those first, using benzos to assist (tobacco is unquestionably worse for you) before tapering off of benzos.

this is a good idea^^

Yea yer right on that one.
It (Hyperforin) induces CYP3A4 which speeds up metabolism in turn reduces serum levels and speeds up clearance time, so it will lessen the effects quite a bit.
It'd probably be better to use St. John's Wort when you've fully come off Benzos altogether ;)

You just quit... It's just so fucking amazing how well valium works for a taper. It made everything so painless. The only hard part is transitioning onto it.

The only problem I had was I twitched for a few weeks and had a hard time walking like a normal person. I simply used the opiates to feel good like I used to. Then yes stopping is a bitch.

Valium is a god sent, praise Dr. ashton.
