I've been prescribed diazepam for the past 2 years now. However, I rarely use them. I save them up for when I have to give a class presentation. It takes about 180 mg of diazepam just to ease my nerves before a public speech, and even then I don't get that disinhibited feeling :(. I remember when I first took diazepam, I took 15 mg, felt great, disinhibited somewhat too. How long do I have to wait for my tolerance to go down? I'm prescribed 112 5 mg tabs for 28 days.

Years.....It's going to take years and even then I doubt you'll feel that euphoria you felt from 15

I have been using Diazepam (Valium 10 mg blue & 5 mg yellow tablets) for 7 years now and am using 30 mg a day and do not feel it really anymore, takes up to 60-75 mg for me to get al real strong high nowadays. So you quickly gain tolerance to them and it takes forever to lose your tolerance to a lower level, like after using 40 mg for one month dialy going back to 30 takes forever for me. :/
