quick over of my junkness, tramadol i have managed to lower to around ten to twelve a day, i take it now same reason i pee....cause i have too, i get nothing from it except for wd fear. if i just try to have or 6 day i dont move or even talk.
ritalin,yohimbe, stim inc i hate from my speed days but i have to have them to get moving in them ,orning since tramadol no longer does this, i may use stim twice in a day.
last then then the benzos, in the end my thai doctor who does not like xanax and nor do i much and since valium sweeties are five mg here i settled for.
one hundred loraz one mg every 3 or so weeks
60 clona two mg
clona i honestly feel nothing but i undersand its hes halflife and as anti seizure med alone its worth it,if i take ought.five /quarter tab i feel nothing ,if i take 6mg ,i might fall aleep.
the clona is not the prob, i take just two mg in the morning.
the prob is the less tram i use or if i over the stimmmy feel i hit loraz as they are fast and dont last long.
i lost my job 3 weeks ago and like a idiot stopped my regular daily routine of twice daily exercise and reasonable eating.
now some days are like being back in my depressed twentys ,sleep all day ,wake up ,talk to the gf say 8pm to ten then sleep again and too much sleep i learnt a loooooooongggg time ago living in dreamland messes up my already messed up head.
money is dwindling, this is thailand ,no free nhs help or handouts. to sleep i am drinking now with the loraz ,its taking me 3 in hit + a clona to zzzz even if i woke at five am.
i realise the stims and trammy mess things up even more.
hydroxyline has been useful to add just for a lights outs and saves benzo.
i know from ten /twelve loraz a day is hardly hardcore but i am tryin to limit thing and gain some control.
i raised the loraz as the tram went down, sometimes adding gabapentin.
i dont want a zclass or another benzos or indeed when i am working again more pills [lies] but i need to rest my loraz gaba receptors which is the most scientific way i can think of saying do i need to just give up the loraz and swop to hydroxy for sleeep ,keep the clona in then reset.
i really dont need to be drinking at one am looking at my pill box thinking to take two more.
i need a reboot or a new os.
