Benzo for a week?

I have to go abroad for business purpose for a week. Now I suffer from social anxiety and take benzo's as needed but the country I am visiting has very strict drug policy and I do not want to get caught at the airport for possessing tranquilizers even with a prescription. The only solution seems to be to, before leaving, take a very long acting benzo and make it stay longer by some drug interaction to just double or triple its half life. Is that possible? Has any one tried any such thing?
I have searched this and the best combination appears to be fluvoxamine and diazepam (valium). Is there a better combination involving clonazepam (which is my benzo of choice for SAD).

I really doubt there's a way of tripling a drugs half life. I guess you could increase it's ba somehow or potentiate it, but it's not something I really know much about. Couldn't you just take a benzo with a longer half-life?

Oh yeah, it's fairly unlikely you'd become dependent to a benzo within seven days, but just to be safe you may want to take slightly smaller doses each day; this should help avoid rebound anxiety.

There isn't a way to increase the halflife of a drug nearly as long as you're asking.

If you have a legitimate prescription for them, ask your doc for a document and tell him ur going abroad but need your pills. Even if you don't do that, as long as they're in an Rx bottle (with your name on it?), cutoms usually doesn't give a fuck.

/e: Me personally, I wouldn't even hide them. I'd make sure they'd find him if they'd search my luggage and I would act like it's the most normal thing in the world. It's my meds, I have an Rx for it. Worst case scenario they get taken. Atleast I'm sure that's how it would go down in the airport here. They wouldn't think twice about just leaving you by here.

Hmm, tough break. Dubai or abu dhabi I guess? Maybe contact their embassy and seeing if you can get official paperwork oking you having your medication.

I would get a document from your doctor that attest that you NEED the benzos and then when you arrive in the airport say that you have them with you and show them the document

It really depends on which country you're visiting; some countries are so anti-drug, it's unlikely even a medical document and a legit script would help. It's not likely, but it's always best to do your research. If you were to take CD's or MP's containing binaural beats to Saudi Arabia, it's possible you could be prosecuted for drug trafficking, after all...

Of course, if you're going to somewhere such as India, you could walk into any drug shop and buy whatever the hell you want. Back in the day when I was much younger, I went on holiday to Goa: a druggies paradise. I found a crooked doctor who wrote me some very impressive documentation, and came back with just about all of the temazepam I could carry.
