Benzo addiction...how easy?

How easy is it to get addicted to Xanax.
I shouldn't worry about it when I have been only taking like a .5mg to 2mg a day for like a week should I? like .25 here, wait a day...take 2mg...next day 1mg..wait 2 days take 1mg. thats what i have been doing for like a week.
I'm asking because i'm doing this to ease my WD from opiates, and I just want to make sure it's still opiates im WD from and not Xanax.

If you're using it to withdraw from opiates it should be an issue...as you won't have to use them for so long though.

However...Xanax is by far the most addictive benzo I've taken, if you have the option and you still need them to get off opiates then I would recommend switching to a longer-acting benzo like Valium or Klonopin...
