Benedryl usage?

I use a dosage of 3-8 pills of Benedryl daily to help me get to sleep while I am still high off of glass. Due to the lengevity of the high, this is quite common. Though this is the only drug out of many others (Xanax, Ambien, Dalmane, Unisom, Soma) Which works best in getting me to sleep even if I just smoked a bowl an hour previous. But I am concerned with the effects of my daily high dosage of Benedryl..I tend to hallucinate mildly every night depending on dose, and I have taken up to 16 just to see what it was like, though it was a bit overwhelming.
Any info on this would be most appreciated

Lay off the speed man... if you use daily - again, not a bad thing, then do it right - a little inthe AM and you will sleep fine sans sleep aids... if you DO need something, try to alternate from things such as benzos, to benadryl, to kava, to melotonin....
Or just do more meth and stay up!
