"bell ringers" from coke?

what exactly is this? is it as the name applies.. a ringing of the ears? I've gotten an enormous head rush and everything sounded like wah-wah-wah like you would hear on nitrous. is this the same thing, or should I try IVing more?
 
Try banging some more. A ear-ringer is exactly that, a ringing in the ears, and you only get this during a VERY HARD cocaine high, you'll know it when you get one, trust me.
