Beer and Bud?

Hops are a part of the hemp family, so it makes sense that they would go well together. I live in Norther California where Sierra Nevada is brewed and have been in their hop room. The smell of fresh hops is amazing and you can definately tell its related to marijuana. Great combo.

I like to have a couple brews after smoking a bowl. It's a great cotton-mouth cure and seems to be more refreshing when high.

I really enjoy this combination of a nice Indica with some hoppy ales or a dark beer. Yum!

Yup. I'd have to say its still my favorite combo, and the only one I use with any frequency nowadays.

Haha, that's the truth! Once I woke up after having had people over after bar close (i.e. everyone was very drunk) and my apartement was trashed. Someone had written in my sketchbook "trust me from experience, smoking pot after drinking is not so good" or something like that. Pretty embarrassing morning!

I was thinking of buying a stick (about 1g) and buying a long-neck bottle of VB (750ml bottle of Victoria Bitter, an Aussie Beer with about 4.5% alcohol) and smoking a joint before sippin on the beer. I might have a second joint if Im feelin good?

The reason I asked is Im going to a mates place for his birthday this weekend and he only wants me to bring a gram or two so that Im not too baked and also I dont spent too much time smokin in his garden as certain family members will there. Would that be cool do you think?
