Opioids Been prescribed with 300 Tramadol a day, safe with Concerta?

For right leg and ribs pain, 9 days now
More distracting/annoying than painful, tbh...

Am I safe taking Concerta after no more than 2 hrs?

300mg of Tramadol a day? Isn't that kind of a lot? Personally I don't trust that stuff at all.

Also I wouldn't recommend taking Concerta with it but at low doses its not going to kill you either.
 
I split it into 2 doses during the day and after 5 hours I just feel dead stoned :/
 
Tramadol metabolises into a pretty strong opioid narcotic (O-desmethyltramadol) for most people. You're probably safe taking Concerta at low doses, just be aware it can be potentiated to an extent by the tramadol.
 
So I took my first dose of concerta 3 hours ago, for the first hour it was incredible
right now I'm feeling anxiety and really edgy...
only took 50mg of tramadol prior to this, yesterday ended up on only 250

Damn this is shit... I guess I will try to wait it out with the tramadol until before bed
