I've noticed I don't feel the same strength as I used to off 1pill.. when I take mdna I space 2 pills in 30 minutes.. Should I just take 2 at once?

Sounds like you should space out your rolls more(once every 30-90 days), and get a test kit.

I say space them out every 30 days (Cmon bluelighters how many people are actually going to listen to 30 - 90 days.. )
Especially if they are from UK.

^ a lot of people. Really depends on what kind of person you are. If you're a club person you're lucky to go 7-14 days unless you like doing other club-drugs.

I'm in the same boat. I cannot capture the same head spin-euphoria unless I take 2.

If you are using the same pills and noticing you need more to get the same high then take a break - its either that or increase the dose and increase the risks associated with MDMA use.

If you are getting a mixture of pills then its pretty hard as pill strengths can change dramatically.

Im a uk person, but i use it Once a month,
K then Mdma , I have a rota you see , but im only out 2 times a month so.

Ive seen lots of people eat half a gram of mdma in one night.... just gobsmacks me

It could also be a mental thing. You already know what MDMA feels like, you know what to expect etc. But this kind of things happens to almost any event in your life. But that doesn't mean you have to give up on MDMA.

I remember the first time I traveled to NYC, I felt like I was in a movie or something. Everything felt so incredible and new. It was almost like I was tripping or something. Just going for a walk around my hotel was a whole experience in itself. Seeing the Rockefeller center, Empire State Building, Grand Center Station, MOMA, Central park with my own eyes made me feel like I was in a dream. I remember when we driving from JFK to Manhattan, I felt like I was transported into a GTA game. I never realized the the radio in the states was really like the radios in GTA.

But once I moved to the US, I would visit NYC at least twice a year and this feeling of wonder and excitement never really returned. However, I still enjoying visiting NYC and I've learned to discover beauty in other parts of the city such as Brooklyn and Harlem.

I think there are parallels to discovering/experiencing MDMA and my own experiences with visiting New York. I'll let you come to your own conclusions. :)

P.S. Yes, I do love New York, if you haven't noticed! :)

I've waited on average between 6-8 weeks between rolls. Shortest being a month in between, longest, like 6-8 I think. Anyways, I notice that the last couple times, I've had to take a little more. I've only gotten pure MDMA though. I've only taken it 9 times and even then, I notice a light tolerance, not extreme, but present.

A lot of people man. I keep telling you you're going to lose the magic. 90 days is optimal, even according to the Godfather of ecstasy, Alexander "Sasha" Shulgin.

I think he knows what he's talking about, as it also seems to be my own personal finding...

You want to build tolerance, roll more. If you don't, wait 90 days. It's pretty simple. The longer you wait, obviously the better. You're still in your honeymoon phase :)

5-star post. This is a huge part of losing the magic. The miracle of MDMA is largely the element of surprise.
