I have about 100mg/ml methylone solution I've prepared for injection. I mixed up my normal dose of dope and then diluted it with 1ml of the solution. (It could be more concentrated but I try to take care of my veins.)
We know uppers and downers don't cancel each other out, as a rule. That said, I've had some drugs attenuate the effects of another. Is my dope not being nice to methylone? I definitely feel less subjective effect from each, with methylone being damn near silent.
I'd typically have 200mg orally. Does it have a high bioavailability and thus doesn't excel in the IV arena? I have a small 'therapeutic window' when it comes to methylone so I'm trying to avoid too much via IV.
The only other active is 50mg hydroxyzine. Naturally I've never taken methylone and hydroxyzine together either but I don't imagine this matters; methylone barely touches serotonin if at all, and hydroxyzine is a weak serotonin antagonist (can't remember which receptor).
Your experience? Specifically opioids of any kind with methylone, a similar RC or real MDMA. If you just wanna share about IV methylone, that's cool too! :D
Also, any ideas on how harsh methylone is on the good ol' endothelium? Stories of collapse? A link to a resource that outlines the effects of popular drugs' effects on venous endothelium would be fantastic.
edit: If methylone comes in waves, you'll be able to relate. I'm getting those waves, but the fallow periods are imperceptible. The waves always seem to push me forward and close my eyes, breathing deeply. A synthetic nod! Artificially induced nodding - all of the yoga, none of the enjoyment.
