BDO synthesis

I will be getting some bdo soon because my supply of gbl has recently run out and is not so easily attainable anymore. i wanted to know if anyone has successfully converted it into ghb because i dont like the reports ive read on bdo and am not sure i want to put this into my body. some info or even a link ( i think this is legal...if not then shut this down) to describe the process of making ghb would be great...thanks for all the help.
